Liver enzymes / liver detoxification?
I recently had some lab work and my liver enzymes returned lil high, nothing major .. The supplement / medical place I use has been recommended to detoxify the liver .. Everyone was good results from a liver detoxification? Bad results? Did they help? Please let me say no need answers by doctors or PPL pretend to be doctors say I do not work .. I had a "doc" true tell me that certainly could not hurt .. I want answers from people who have experienced liver detoxification or know someone who has! PLEASE NOTE THE WORD WITH EXPERIENCE:: Results have guessed it! Thank you in advance ..
I'm a detoxification During the past month. Started by not eating meat during the week and eat fruits and vegetables, a little oil and a serving of whole grains or cereals per day. I drink a soda in a glass of water first thing after waking up and not eat for 30 minutes. Bebo raw beet / carrot / apple juice every afternoon. Drink only filtered water and no sweets, except for honey, and drink green tea with lemon and honey (not the bottled stuff, all good things are dealt out) and drink hot work better. My digestion is good now, no constipation, cleanse my gallbladder is normal and does not feel the heartburn, and have the energy now. I was dizzy every once they ate meat and had a nap after a meal regularly every day. Everything that was brought disappeared after not eating meat for a week. I like chicken breast without skin, boiled eggs (1) and yogurt and cottage cheese with low fat for protein and some almonds for a snack. Now I'm walking 4 miles a day and lost 12 pounds so far. I also take digestive enzymes, because there was not enough.
