Should I bring a case, or should accept the proposal?
I signed slimming facial / massage / spa packages Wi beauty center nearly 5 years. Spent a lot of $, but without results. Have recently restructured and most of the old staff left. This was not like the old days and I had to wait over 30 minutes before Pallars Sobirà someone to attend aa me, though I have already quoted. I gave them the opportunity to speak with many of them until I dropped. I requested a refund and gave me the fight against tenders and promised to repeat the usual story. I lost faith in them and asked for my refund. They told me that I must write guarranty and I do not want my $ since he offered me something better. Who can tell me what is the procedure to Go to the event because the AMT is enormous (about $ 20,000.00). I even threaten the company to deduct 20% refund charges. I still pay through series and how could I tell the bank to dispute this??
I really recommend you go to another. At least make a trip down or call them to for advice. Make sure you know your rights as a consumer. I do not think the beauty center has the right to impose arbitrary conditions of the refund, except that was released at the point of time which you registered. However, my opinion is that Frank is not a wasting money on simplifying shows ... Exercise and diet is the best way. I lost 14 kg in 3 months to do just that.
