Pharmaceutical Grade
Has anybody here gotten a positive response for anything with fish oil?
I'm taking it for arthritis, good brand, pharmaceutical grade for arthritis, like 4 gms day, for one month. So far....nothing. Anybody actually get relief from this stuff or am I throwing my money away?
I have rheumatoid arthritis (amongst a few other chronic health conditions) and I take Fish Oil. I don't know how much it helps with my arthritis, but I do notice a difference in my energy level, my skin (it isn't as dry), my muscles do not seem as sore, and I do not feel as on edge/depressed. I'm not sure if that helps. I would say if after a month you don't notice a difference any where, it might not be worth pouring money into it. I'm also not sure if this helps, but when I rescued my dog, she had red mange, and our vet suggested Fish Oil for her! So every morning after breakfast, I'd take mine, and she would get hers (with peanut butter). Within a month, her fur had grown in and her skin and her are now in great shape. She was on no medication what so ever for the red mange, it was all from the Fish Oil. For my arthritis, I notice a huge difference in relief from Celebrex (I take 200mg twice a day). I'm not sure if you take anything for your arthritis, but I've been on Celebrex for years, and it helps me get out of bed on many days.
