Would a Canon EOS 40D camera be considered professional?
Im going to a concert tomorrow and need to know if I should bother taking my camera? I don't consider this camera to be professional myself. Personally, I don't see how this camera is any different from others except for it's just a tab bit bigger. Any suggestions?
It's what I consider an "Advanced Amateur" camera.
The thing that makes any camera professional is the person using it. It has limits, but so do all camera. It's up to you to utilize it properly.
If you're worried about security (if you're not hired to take pics) then they consider anything that won't fit in a pocket "professional" and won't let it in.
