Glucometer device "Accu Chek?
Hello I am looking to buy a Gluco meter (a device) which measures the level of sugar in the blood, They advised me to buy "Accu Chek" as the best brand well known and popular among diabetics, I went and read about it on the Web, I found the following items are offered to all by the same company: Accu Check Performa, Accu Check Aviva, Accu Check glucos meter and Accu Check Compact, Accu Check Advantage Accu Check, Accu Check Aviva Test Strips, Accu Check Active, Accu check multicilix can advise what are the differences between the devices mentioned in the previous? And what is the best and most accurate, I would appreciate your friends with your ANSWER and therefore
As we are all made by the same company, they all have a fairly decent accuracy. All counters, however, are only required have an accuracy of 20%. Multiclix is a lancing device (used prick your finger). You need one, but all glucometers come a default, so you do not need to buy one separately. The Performa, Aviva, Compact Plus, the benefits and assets are all counters, or glucose meters. That's what you need. I heard great things about the most compact - is small and portable, and as accurate as others. Test strips are required to use a meter, therefore, need a few of them. It is the most expensive. I have about 100-200 of those a month (as shown 4-8 times daily), but not necessarily that much, depending on your health problem. I hope that helps.
