Vs Raw Food Grain Free?

I wonder if the grain free food that is normally 40% (I know some are 35 and can be 45) of dietary protein is more or less raw material? It seems that feeding raw meat is exactly what this means to me more protein, but I said no? I'm curious. If only raw food fed with proteins and fats and vegetables and fruit. How to Obtain enough calories?!? The protein is simply eating more compared to kibble? The grain crackers free are high in fat and rich, but it gives enough calories .. All Marks and Orijen, EVO, Ziwipeak, etc., have 40s% protein ....
